A Letter From Whitney Brown Grisaffi
First, I hope you and your family members are all well and stay that way. I also hope you are able to enjoy some family time and that it includes making music together. We know that playing and sharing music really does soothe the soul!
Here are some things Ted Brown Music is doing to help musicians during this “shelter in place” time:
Online Orders: Now is a great time to try something new. We have lots of products and are ready to ship or deliver to you. You might also pick up a “just for fun” book for yourself or student musician. Shopping local means helping support the employees who are your friends and neighbors. Every order is a priority for us!
Helping Music Educators: Our Educational Service Representatives are still working with your student’s music teachers as they continue to teach online. We’re helping spread great ideas among them and share tools to help keep your student involved in making music.
Repairs: Shops are closed and will reopen when the stores do. The order priority for instruments to be repaired will stay the same once we resume work.
Questions?: We will be monitoring our voicemail and emails and will respond to you as soon as possible. We are still here to help!
Thank you for your business and continued support. We are a family business that cares about your family. We’re all in this together, so we urge everyone to follow the suggested guidelines to stay home and help stop the spread of this frightening virus. The sooner it’s shut down, the sooner we can open up and enjoy making music together again. We will get through this and look forward to a brighter spring!
Musically Yours,
Whitney Brown Grisaffi
